A Message from Tim
Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. I hope that the information that you will read here will show you how much pride I take in the quality of my work and the satisfaction of my customers.
WOW!!! What happened to summer? The kids are all back in school and vacations are just a memory. The weather is already getting that autumnal cool crispness letting us know what is coming right around the corner. This is the time to take a good look at what the seasons have done to your house. Take a walk around the exterior of the house and see how the wood trim looks. Has any of the siding blown off or come loose? Fall is the last chance to take care of those outside items on your list before the harshness of winter is upon us. We never know what winter has in store for us. Do you remember last year? It was Brutal!
How is the caulking around your windows and doors? Do you realize how much heat is lost from drafty windows and doors? That can not only be costly but also can get quite uncomfortable on those upcoming cold and windy days. Now is a great time to get them fixed. Are the gutters full of debris? Getting them cleaned out can save a lot of aggravation and damages to the house. Think of how much weight is on gutters that are full of debris and water when they freeze up. Did you get ice dams last year in your gutters? Maybe they weren’t draining right.
Fall is also a great time to get things done inside of your home. An important reminder at this time and any time of year is to change the batteries in your smoke detectors and CO2 (carbon monoxide) detectors. Did you know that the life expectancy of a smoke detector is approximately 7 years? Check your owner’s manual. How old are yours getting to be? Remember soon you will be firing up those fireplaces and furnaces. It only takes a few moments to ensure your families safety. When was the last time that heater filter was changed anyway? I am sure the A/C was working overtime this summer.
It is my policy to treat your house as my own. After your work is complete, I want to leave knowing that you are completely happy with the work that I've done for you. Please take the time to read some of the client testimonials that I've received from customers that keep calling me back to complete their "honey-do" list.
Feel free to give me a call about any work that you need done. Even if you are unable to reach me just leave a message, I make it a practice to return phone calls the very same day. When we speak on the phone, I can give you a general idea of the costs and time it may take to complete your project. I am also more then happy to come out and give you a completely free, no obligation estimate that will detail all of the costs associated with your project.
The brochure on this site is the same one that I give to my customers. Being a handyman, I do a lot of the work that major contractors don't want to do and homeowners either are unable to do or just don't have the time in their busy schedules to do. This brochure will give an insight into some of the jobs that I do. Of course I am not able to list all of the different things I can help you with so if you have any questions please call me or email me and ask about your repair or project. No job is too small!
Thank you again for taking the time to stop by! I look forward to working with you and making life easier around your house.
